This is one of my favorite pictures; a few of my 5th graders on the USS Lexington ship in Corpus Christi, TX during one of our overnight field trips when I was their Principal.
I work with General Education Teachers, Special Education Teachers, Campus Administration, District Administration, Parents, Groups and any organization – education based or not – that wants to make progress in learning, communicating effectively to accomplish goals of progress, efficiency and overall improvement. My work involves teaching, collaborating, problem-solving and serving as a liaison so that all stakeholders get to the table with the knowledge needed to be an active, informed, and collaborative member of a decision-making process. Whether that table is in the arena of special education, general education, parent conferences, business, staff meetings, or any customized professional development, I believe that progress is the result of collaboration; not programs, funds, titles or positions.

I offer services in the form of keynotes, break-out sessions, group consultation, liaison support, individual consultation and specialized coaching. Entertaining people while we learn together makes learning relevant and enjoyable; you can be guaranteed that I will bring “real-life” to the learning, including laughter, insight, relevance, applicability and “ah-ha” moments of mine and for the client. Popular topics among my services for corporate entities include empowerment, leadership, inspiration in your work, communication strategies, professional awareness and building culture through communication. These topics are also impactful as are additional topics of writing or editing goals/objectives, documentation, accommodations, authenticity and preparing each stakeholder for their role in progress. Speaking services are interactive and personalized. A few titles include “Know Your But”, “Some & One” and “You Are All That.” Synergetic learning that is relevant and applicable is what makes these sessions engaging. Also, I like to have funand believe that laughter is a great gateway to learning!
Breakout
Breakout sessions include interaction through multiple modalities (including authentic Q&A) and cover a variety of topics for diverse audience types & sizes. We can also get questions from the audience prior to the session to customize it based on needs and goals. 100% customized collaboration.
